About to frost my Chocolate Espresso Cake! I had to improvise with the “Espresso Powder” and am using Don Francisco’s Cinnamon Hazelnut coffee, ground up to a fine powder. I think it’s gonna be better that way. Gotta love Holiday baking. I think I should bake more often, I had a blast making this cake! Thanks to Gojee for the recipe find. Yum!
